Bonza Bottler Blues

Well, the blues are more because I have to go back to work, and not so much because it’s Bonza Bottler Day. But ah well.

Let’s recap last week a bit, shall we? Ok. Sounds like a good idea to me, too. Here’s a glimpse of what I did… (I’m not going to relink all these places. See the previous post – from Thursday – for links.)

• S came to visit, and got to meet my family.
• We went to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Always fun. And yay otters! Lots of otters! I do love the little critters.
• We went to Bonfante Gilroy Gardens. Lovely place, fun rides, good company.
• We saw “The Incredible Hulk.” Much better than the previous one, I really liked this despite not liking Liv Tyler much at all. (Edward Norton was great, as always.)
• We saw the 4th of July parade. (Not the fireworks, though. No one had the energy.) We also had family and friends over for dinner and games that night (and we did get to play Munchkin).

I’m not really sure about the wisdom of including pictures of people other than me on the blog, but what the hey. Here’s one of us at the Gardens.

It was, all told, a really good week. I hope yours was as enjoyable!
