I’m not really here (at the blog) this week. I’m off doing fun things. In fact, I may be doing some of these things in my TT…
Thursday Thirteen: 13 Things I Might Do On Independence Week
1. Watch the 4th of July Parade. (This one is almost a definite.)
2. Show S my hometown.
3. Take a trip to Monterey. Maybe the Aquarium?
4. Visit Bonfante Gilroy Gardens.
5. Go to the San Jose Museum of Art. (Been ages since I’ve been in there, if I have at all.)
6. Take S to San Francisco. (Could stand to show him why NorCal is better than SoCal, eh?)
7. Go swimming. (Have to find a clean pool first, though. Ours is very dusty from the horse pastures.)
8. Go to Santa Cruz. Either for the beach or the boardwalk, doesn’t really matter.
9. Play board/card games. Like Munchkin.
10. Go see a movie. Maybe “Get Smart”? I’ve heard it’s really funny.
11. Ride the horses. Maybe. If S (and the horses) is up for it.
12. Go to San Juan Bautista. There’s one of the California Missions there, plus it’s a cute town.
13. Watch the fireworks on the 4th. This one is about as likely as the parade (very) except if the smoky conditions put a damper on things.
