Tuesday is for…
I like having organization. So, I am going to start up a new weekly post thingy. I’m still going to do Thursday Thirteens, and I’m going to try to get back to WIP Wednesdays, and when I feel like it I will participate in Friday Fivers. But that leaves me no official time for my reading stuff. (My writing stuff, either, but I don’t want that to be as structured until I figure out what my own schedule is going to be like. Maybe I’ll do something for Mondays, or share WIP Wednesdays between crafts and writing.)
So… Introducing TBR Tuesdays
I’ll use Tuesdays to talk about books, either books that I’m reading, have just read, or want to read. Why? Because. I feel like it. However, this is not to mean that I will only talk about books on Tuesdays, or that any of the other scheduled topics listed at the beginning of this post will be all that I ever allow myself to post about on those days. Some days I will skip the schedule entirely. Haha! Because I can!
And in other news, I am not going to continue with the 101 in 1001 thingy. It takes a lot of time to manage, and isn’t acting as a motivator to get anything done. So I would rather spend the time and energy elsewhere.
~*~
I’m just going to do a short reading post today, since I’ve already spent so much time babbling.
I just finished reading Sourcery by Terry Pratchett, and loved it! I’ve only read one other book of his, Going Postal, and enjoyed that one too… so now most (if not all) of the Discworld books have been added to my TBR list.
Next up in the reading pile is Diplomacy of Wolves by Holly Lisle, first in the Secret Texts trilogy. Partly because it was on the top of my book-gifts pile, and partly because I’ve been intending to read it for ages now. The current plan is to start it over lunch.
Have a good day! I’ll try to send some California sunshine to those of you in less spring-y places… it sure is nice here.
